Please Read Before Operating
- It is recommended to check the refrigerant tank for non-condensable gases before the first use of the machine each time.
- Avoid inhaling refrigerant, lubricant vapors or oil mist.
- Do not use compressed air to pressure test or leak test the unit or vehicle airconditioning system. Some mixtures of air and R-134a refrigerant are flammable atelevated pressures. These mixtures are potentially hazardous and could cause fireor explosion, resulting in personal injury or property damage.
- To prevent cross-contamination, this unit should only be used with R-134a refrigerant. This unit is designed to recover, clean,recycle, and recharge R-134a refrigerant only.
- During normal operation,it is strictly forbidden to access the device's functions andarbitrarily adjust internal data. After-sales problems caused by improper operation are not covered by the normal warranty.
More Safety Precautions
- Check that the power switch is in working order. The device must be properly grounded and installed to prevent electrical leakage to avoid high-voltageinjuries.
- Always follow the instructions to avoid contamination of the refrigerant.
- Carefully read the product manual before use.
- Always check the unit's PAG oil before operation to avoid operating with insufficientor poor-quality oil.
The refrigerant tank must only be filled to 80% of its maximum effective capacity to avoid serious accidents caused by excessive pressure due to environmental factors. - Keep all hoses away from hot parts and rotating components, such as cooling fansand radiators.
- Check the vacuum pump oil regularly; never operate without oil.
