Every Chinrose® tool and workshop solution is backed by our commitment to excellence and professional-grade reliability. We stand behind the craftsmanship of our products so you can focus on the job at hand.
All products manufactured by Chinrose® feature at least a limited one (1)-year warranty (check the product details) from the original purchase date. Chinrose warrants these products against defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
What is Not Covered:
- Misuse & Accidents: Accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills), liquid exposure, or use outside of intended professional/industrial applications.
- Unauthorized Service: Any modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties.
- Consumables: Normal battery depletion, seals, filters, and other consumable parts.
- Cosmetic Wear: Normal wear and tear, including scratches, discoloration, or paint chipping that does not affect tool functionality.
How to File a Claim:
If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Support Team: Email us at support@chinrosetools.com.
- Provide Required Information:
- Original purchase order number or email confirmation.
- Your full shipping address and phone number.
- A brief description (and photos, if applicable) of the defect.
Chinrose will determine the appropriate remedy (repair or replacement) at its sole discretion for factory-defective units. This warranty is void if the product is operated outside of its technical specifications.
